Author Notes: I am no good at writing but I forced myself to try for once! Hopefully it's not too terrible. |D
Mikan loved exploring new places. This time, she would pay an unexpected visit to Murasaki’s room! Quietly, she tiptoed down the hallway, making sure that nobody else could hear her approaching. That would ruin the surprise! She smirked as she quickly opened the door to Murasaki’s room and let herself in, closing the door behind her. She looked around, Murasaki no where to be seen. Mikan shrugged and walked toward the dresser, taking note of tons of makeup spread out all over it. Curiously, she helped herself and picked up the containers one by one, guessing which kind of makeup each contained. She picked up one case of purple eyeshadow and carefully started applying it to her face, blinking and looking at herself in the mirror. Mikan was rather pleased with the results. She was so excited that she started to dance around the room and hum to herself.
Just then, the door knob turned. It was Murasaki! She looked tired as she walked into her room and looked up at Mikan. She blinked, not expecting to see Mikan there, of all people. Then she noticed the eyeshadow and couldn’t stop herself from laughing. Mikan blinked and stared at her. “Huh? What’s so funny?” Mikan asked innocently and took a few steps closer to Murasaki. “It looks good on you!” Murasaki answered while smiling. Mikan blinked and finally remembered! She had put on that eyeshadow afterall, hadn’t she? Mikan laughed innocently, happy that Murasaki wasn’t angry with her for using her belongings without permission.
Murasaki approached her dresser, noticing all of her makeup containers were now unorganized. She sighed and turned to face Mikan. “Here, I have something for you!” she motioned for Mikan to take a seat on her bed next to the dresser. Mikan hesitated and then nodded, slowly sitting down on the bed and looking up at Murasaki. Murasaki went through all of the containers on her dresser, looking for one thing in particular. Her face brightened as she picked up one of the containers. It was none other than orange flavored lip gloss. Mikan must’ve missed it while going through her makeup! Murasaki handed it to Mikan, Mikan looking up with a confused look on her face.
“You can have it. It’s orange flavored!”
Mikan looked down at the small container in her hands and smiled, “Oh wow! This so so so cool! Thank you!” Mikan beamed and started opening the packaging quickly. Mikan loves oranges, and everything about them. She loved eating oranges and she loved just smelling them, even! They were easily one of her favorite things ever. She couldn’t believe that orange lipgloss even existed! She had never heard about it until now, this was such an amazing surprise.
Mikan then stood up and ran out of the room, eager to brag about her newest present to Kou. Murasaki sighed of relief and closed the door to her room, not looking forward to the job of reorganizing all of the makeup she owned on top of the dresser.
